Ms. Plant is a partner with the firm. Her practice is concentrated on the representation of both individual and institutional health care providers. Prior to joining Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann, LLP in 2004, Ms. Plant was an associate with a firm in Baltimore County concentrating her practice on litigation and health law.
Ms. Plant has conducted medical malpractice and dental malpractice jury trials in Maryland Circuit Courts; handled guardianship evidentiary hearings in Maryland Circuit Courts; conducted insurance coverage cases before the Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings; tried District Court cases including professional malpractice, premises liability and auto torts; and she has presented oral argument to the Maryland Court of Special Appeals on two occasions.
