Mr. Pichini joined the firm as an associate in August 2000. After completing law school, Mr. Pichini clerked for the Honorable Raymond J. Arata, Jr., Judge of the San Francisco Superior Court, Civil Division, from 1995 to 1996. In 1996, he entered private practice in Novato, California as a junior associate participating in mass tort litigation and products liability. Upon settling in Baltimore, Mr. Pichini practiced in the area of personal injury with an emphasis on auto torts and premises liability. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Pichini had a successful career as an insurance claims professional working with top domestic and European insurers.
As a partner, Mr. Pichini practices in the areas of products liability, mass tort litigation and subrogation matters. Mr. Pichini is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the California State Bar Association and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Mr. Pichini is an active member in the Maryland Defense Counsel and the American Association for Justice.
