Ms. Miller is an associate with the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on defending health care providers and health care institutions in medical malpractice claims before the Health Claims Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Office of Maryland, the Circuit Courts of Maryland, the Superior Court of Washington, D.C. and the United States District Courts for Maryland.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Miller was with an AMLAW 100 firm in Baltimore, Maryland and her practice centered on defending manufacturers and premises owners in complex civil torts, including product liability, environmental and toxic torts.
