Ms. Marshall is a partner with the firm. After graduating from law school, Ms. Marshall served as a law clerk to the Honorable Durke G. Thompson of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Her practice is concentrated in the defense of clients in medical malpractice litigation.
Ms. Marshall has successfully defended health care providers in trial at the District Court level and at the Circuit Court level. She has also obtained summary judgment for hospital and physician defendants in medical malpractice actions. Ms. Marshall was recently appointed to the Professional Ethics committee and the Judicial Administration Committee of the Baltimore City Bar Association.
