Ms. Kremer is an associate with the firm. Her practice is concentrated on the representation of both individual and institutional health care providers. Ms. Kremer’s practice has been exclusively devoted to medical matters for more than seven years. Prior to joining Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann, LLP in 2006, Ms. Kremer was an associate with an Annapolis, Maryland firm concentrating her practice on medical negligence and defense of physicians, nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and dentists before the appropriate Maryland licensing agencies.
Ms. Kremer has participated in more than twenty medical malpractice jury trials in Maryland Circuit Courts including several as lead counsel and has defended physicians, psychiatrists, and dentists before the Maryland Board of Physicians and Maryland Dental Board in multiple-day evidentiary hearings and related appeals. Ms. Kremer has also presented oral argument to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland on two occasions.
