Mr. Green is an associate with the firm. His practice is concentrated on the representation of hospitals, nursing homes, and individual health care providers in medical malpractice claims in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Before joining Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann, Mr. Green was an associate in a New Orleans, Louisiana firm where his practice was concentrated in the areas of health care and professional neligence defense. Mr. Green has defended medical malpractice claims before the Louisiana Patients Compensation Fund's Medical Review Panel, as well as assisted at the trial in the defense of medical malpractice claims. Mr. Green has clerked for Judge Robin M. Giarrusso and Judge Nadine M. Ramsey, both in Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
