Mr. Gilman is an associate with the firm. He practices in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice. Mr. Gilman is responsible for all aspects of case management, including the development of case strategy and preparation of pleadings and motions. He has represented clients in state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. In addition, Mr. Gilman has experience with arbitration and mediation proceedings.
