Mr. Corchiarino is an associate with the firm. His practice includes the defense of large and small companies as well as individuals. Mr. Corchiarino's practice encompasses products liability, professional negligence, automotive injuries, securities violations and general negligence.
Mr. Corchiarino's clients include Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, Mitsubishi Motor Acceptance Corporation, Pfizer, Spectrum Laboratory Products, Legacy Financial Services, First Allied Securities, Bayer, Metavante Corporation and Intuit Inc.
Mr. Corchiarino has experience in all aspects of litigating claims, including assisting in the development of defense themes, preparing and defending witnesses at deposition, deposing fact and expert witnesses, developing expert witnesses, and preparation for trial. Mr. Corchiarino is able to handle claims from inception through trial, as well as manage complex litigation through all stages of litigation.
In addition to federal and state courts, Mr. Corchiarino has experience with arbitration proceedings before the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Corchiarino owned and operated businesses in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Mr. Corchiarino draws on those experiences to better represent and advise his clients.
