Ms. Clary is Of Counsel to the firm. Her practice is concentrated on representing both hospitals and individual health care providers in medical malpractice claims before the Health Claims Arbitration Office of Maryland, the United States District Court of Maryland and the Court of Appeals of Maryland. She also represents physicians and other health care providers in credentialing matters and licensing actions before the Board of Physicians.
Before joining Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann, LLP, Ms. Clary was an associate in a Baltimore County firm where her practice was concentrated in the areas of medical malpractice defense, general civil liability and workers compensation defense. Ms. Clary also previously worked for the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland, Maryland's State medical society.
