Mr. Brisker is an associate with the firm. After graduating from law school, Mr. Brisker served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph H. H. Kaplan, Chief Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Mr. Brisker's practice is concentrated in insurance defense and mass tort litigation. He is involved in the defense of asbestos, mold and pharmaceutical products liability matters. Mr. Brisker also defends clients in medical malpractice litigation.
