PROFILE

Ms. Yanacek is an associate with the firm.  She practices primarily in medical malpractice defense. Ms. Yanacek was a summer associate and law clerk with the firm from May 2009 to December 2010, joining the firm as an associate in 2011.  While in law school at the University of Maryland, Ms. Yanacek concentrated on health law matters, including internships with prominent hospitals in the area and interdisciplinary study with the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Simultaneously, she obtained her Master of Public Policy degree, focusing her study on health policy and regulatory compliance issues for health care providers.
